Leading nonprofit health system levels up
their business intelligence team
Our client, a nonprofit health system on the West Coast, includes four hospitals, two medical groups, imaging centers, surgical centers and more. In 2022, their Business Intelligence team experienced unexpected attrition, leaving them with critical gaps that needed to be filled to minimize the impact to end users. In addition, budgetary constraints would not allow them to utilize consultants—they needed to bring on strong FTE talent that would fit their organizational culture and be able to make an immediate impact.
Project Scope
TruTeam partnered with our client to develop an ideal candidate profile that reflected both the technical needs of the position and the skills that would enable the candidate to be successful. Each role called for specific expertise in specialty areas, as well as foundational knowledge in SQL, Epic Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, and visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau. Given the amount of projects on the client’s roadmap, the candidates had to be highly consultative and able to drive projects independently.
